Check-in is at our sister property next door, the DeSoto Beach Hotel, located at 212 Butler Ave.
Reservations: A deposit of one night’s room rate plus tax per room will be charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation. A confirmation letter will be sent to your email address. Please review it and contact us immediately if there are any questions or errors.
Rates: Rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast, evening wine and cheese, use of all hotel amenities including the beachfront pool, chair, umbrella and bicycle rentals, and off-street parking for one vehicle.
All rooms can only accommodate up to two people.
Weekdays are Sunday nights through Thursday nights. Weekends are Friday and Saturday nights. Minimum stays are generally required for weekends, holiday periods and special events.
AAA, AARP, and active duty Military discounts may be available midweek and off-season. You must present your membership card or military ID at check in to obtain the discount. This discount is not valid on holidays, special events or with any other discounts.
Cancellations: When we receive your reservation we turn away others for that room and for those dates. For that reason you have up until 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel your reservation, change dates or length of stay. Please understand that we must ask that you take responsibility for your own reservation.
- Deposits are fully refundable, with no cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance of the reservation date.
- Guests canceling their reservation within 72 hours of the reservation date will be charged a Cancellation Fee equal to one night at the regular, non-discounted room rate.
- Guests who do not cancel their reservation and fail to arrive will also be charged the equivalent first night’s stay as a No Show Fee.
Parking: One parking space is available for each reservation. Due to limited parking and in consideration of other guests, no visitors may park in our lot. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate trailers or oversized vehicles.
Pets: We are sorry, but pets are not permitted on property. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 cleaning charge.
Age Requirement: We want to create a relaxing and quiet getaway for our guests and therefore the minimum age for registered guests is 21; however, children 13 and older accompanied by a parent are welcome.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. Smoking is limited to the outside grounds or porches (be sure windows and doors are closed). A minimum of $250.00 cleaning surcharge and all costs relating to the loss of revenue while the room is not rentable will be charged to your card if evidence of smoking in the room. You will also be asked to vacate your room immediately without refund.
We recognize sometimes accidents are unavoidable and damage might incur. Any costs relating to cleaning, repair, or replacement of damaged items is the responsibility of the guest. All costs relating to damages will be assessed to your credit card upon discovery as well as the loss of revenue while the room is not rentable.
Taxes: 13% state and local taxes are added per night. (7% State, 6% Local)
